台灣為參與世界博覽會而設計台灣館的主題曲，邀請到女歌手蔡依林演唱，而且這也是台灣首度參與由中國上海舉辦的國際會展。以台灣館的「山水、心靈、城市」之概念創作的主題曲《台灣心跳聲》，旨在吸引海內外遊客前往參觀體驗台灣館。

專輯同名歌曲〈舞孃〉舞蹈融合體操、綵帶舞、中東舞蹈及雷鬼嘻哈的光波舞，使這支舞蹈成為大眾學習的熱潮。至今仍為蔡依林的主要表演之一。【特務J時期】
專輯同名歌曲〈特務J〉除了歌曲舞蹈外，更參雜無重力旋轉綵帶舞和鋼管舞，倚靠手臂力量，過去學無重力旋轉綵帶舞的大都是男性。【花蝴蝶時期】專輯同名歌曲〈花蝴蝶〉舞蹈其中加入芭蕾舞中的高難度技巧–鞭轉，為能實現指導老師所定下鞭轉二十圈的目標，蔡依林重上瑜伽課程以訓練腿部的肌肉耐力，在拍攝預購廣告的過程重拍五十多次才順利完成二十圈的鞭轉，須練習芭蕾三個月，每天轉一千圈，蔡依林本人也坦承這次的芭蕾舞是學過最難的，曾因練舞過度導致整個肩胛骨歪斜，大腿肌肉拉傷，甚至連舊疾腰傷也一併復發。然而，高難度的二十圈鞭轉動作，專業舞者大概都要花上二十年的時間才能練成，但蔡依林只花兩個月苦練成功，毅力過然，但卻因此造成嚴重的運動傷害，而苦練出來的成果於MV後段呈現。【Myself時期】〈美人計〉一曲舞蹈–VOGUING，以手部姿勢為主，於70、80年代開始在歐美流行，彷彿把模特兒擺的姿勢串連成流利的舞蹈動作，講究靈活性的完美線條構成，這支舞蹈於MV最後還會展現一段軟骨功。
Jolin Tsai (born 15 September 1980) is a Taiwanese singer and dancer. She is called "Asia's Dancing
Queen" due to her diversity of dancing styles, such as pole dancing, ribbon
dancing, and gymnastic movements, and she is regarded as a pop diva in the Asian music market. She has won the Best Mandarin
Female Singer at the 18th Golden Melody Awards and Best Song of the Year at the
24th Golden Melody Awards.
